Sooooo…basically this movie is about the end of the world that is supposed to be coming in 2012 (dont hold your breath) as predicted by the Myans or some crazy shit like that. The movie stars John Cusak, Thandie Newton, Oliver Platt, Woody Harrelson and Danny Glover. It’s directed by Roland Emmerich who also directed The Day After Tomorrow and 10,000 B.C. so we know that the effects are gonna be pretty sweet! I’ve been pretty excited about this movie since seeing the teaser trailer in theaters a while back ago so decided to look for a real trailer and found this HD version on YouTube. I still get a few emails from people wondering how I got my Twitter to display at the top of my blog the way I do even after I made a post about how I did it. People also ask me if I know of any themes that come with the feature already built into it and so thats where I got the idea to look for one for today’s Theme Thursday. I found one over at Padd Solutions called Magasin Siete (you might recognize the name since I have posted a few of theirs before) that has a very nice layout and feel but also has the Twitter feature! YAY!

Last month one of the themes was one called First Theme by Adrian from WPDone and it was nice and all but now he has released his second theme to the world called SimplePerfect and its amazing considering its only his second one! His themes have been great so far and his site is a great one to follow as well so it will be great to see what the future holds for him. More details after the jump!

Okay, so maybe Milo won’t completely replace your friends but who needs them when they can be replaced by your game console? Project Natal was shown at the 2009 E3 show a few days ago and Lionhead showed off their program/game to go along with it called Milo. Milo interacts with users by recognizing their voices, movements and emotions. It’s very amazing to see how far technology has come but also makes the idea of Terminator coming to life just that much more realistic!

I love looking for deals online and always enjoy sharing them with friends and Twitter followers so I thought I would make a little addition to Beyond Random that would automatically pull all the great deals from around the web and put them on one page. From that idea came Deals.Beyondrandom.com which is in…well I guess a beta stage since it is far from completion! I still need to add tons of sites to the page but it has some great ones already up. I figured I would let you guys know that its in the works and if you have any site suggestions then contact me and let me know! More features will be added after I get some more sites on it and a little better idea of how I want it. So for now….

I remember reading about them making a new one but I thought it was going to be in 2011 or 2012 but luckily it will be out June 18, 2010! This week I decided to look for a theme that was a little more classic in style but still had the features that most want in a theme and I came across WP Soul by TechieSouls.com. I love the theme because it has the classic blog styled front page and it still has some of the features that I love in a theme like Admin panel in the back end to make tweaking the theme much faster and easier.
